In my Mind:

 "TheSteelStreetBiker" I am an avid cyclist. From being a solo rider to joining "Happy Hyderabad" has been an amazing journey.  Earned SR title on #singlespeed" in 50 days of randonneuring. I was fortunate to be a part of HCR 2.O initiated by #BicycleMayorOfHyderabad Mr. Santhana Selvan & Core Team: Ravi Sambari, Anjani & #CyclingCommunityOfHyderabad. I have been active in Cycling Advocacy and promoting cycling to be used as a means of transport. In HCR 2.0 volunteered & was responsible for riding along with the cyclists from Charminar to Durgam Cheruvu Cable bridge and back (by MMTS, Metrorail). I am a regular Hyderabad Metro Rail commuter and also carried my foldable bicycle on metro trains and MMTS as well. With the Vision of #bicyclemayorofhyderabad  Santhana Selvan, I have also voiced and requested better cycling infrastructure  #ComprehensiveBicycleLanesNetwork #publicbicyclesharing #dedicated secure bicycle parking docks, better and more TSRTC buses, Electric buses, bus priority lanes, bicycle racks in buses and metro, over social media (like ., Twitter)  and featured in print media(TOI).  

Glad to see this rapid & massive change in Hyderabad with the initiatives from #bicyclemayorofhyderabad  Mr. Santhana Selvan & HCR team. I  strongly believe in  #ActiveMobility and encourage everyone to make #HamaraHyderabad a Liveable City.

HCR Initiatives

- Volunteered in placing the radium stickers on bicycles of  #livelyhoodcyclists (#cheemalucyclists)  for their safety while commuting.  

-Cycling Advocacy through photos and Videos during Rides 

-Frequent writer to Times of India, Twitter, and Instagram advocating better facilities for buses, cycling lanes, etc.
