 A Data Engineer by Profession I am a very active person in sports and adventure activities (cycling/trekking/running/rappelling). Cycling or any other Sport for that matter has way more benefits than the obvious health benefits. In today's crazy social media frenzy world most of us are addicted to screens. This is where cycling and volunteering help one to relieve stress and anxiety and build a very self-confident person be it a teenager or an adult. HCR activities have helped me connect to like-minded people who share my ideology and passion for sports and awareness. While sometimes balancing work life and volunteering can be tough,  planning can help overcome this. The commitment to bring about zero pollution by encouraging eco-friendly sports is a dream I am working for every day.

 My Dream India is one where the youth are exploring their abilities in the Sports Field and developing their full mental potential in positive mind Building.
