Guideline for Cyclists:

RIDE TO THE VENUE:

► Request to take a pie before the ride start. If possible, one during the ride at any pitstop.

► Please DO NOT "Over-Speed" while riding and expected an average speed of 15-18 kmph to STAY with the group.

► Request to follow ALL traffic rules without faiI while on the road. No jumping signals, please.

► Kindly note, there is no support en route and traffic is NOT blocked for the event.

► Please charge or carry spare batteries for FRONT & REAR lights.

► Helmet is Mandatory for the ride and wear a BRIGHT colored jersey or REFLECTIVE belt as the ride starts early hours.

► If you find yourself UNWELL, kindly stay BACK at home.

► Please carry your cycle LOCK for safety, cycle PARKING at the owner's risk.

► Please carry your OWN water bottles, water refilling stations are AVAILABLE at the venue.

► Ride in a SINGLE lane or 2X2 format, for Safety and clear traffic.

► HAVE a light snack before the ride, Carry energy bars to fuel yourself, and a SPARE tube for repair.

► Medical Assistance through Ambulances Provided in routes Via Begumpet, Ameerpet, Gachibowli & Kukatpally.

► Be in touch with your location Ride CHAMPION (SPOC) for addressing your Queries.

AT THE VENUE:

► You may OPT to park your cycles at the DESIGNATED area or HOLD it to yourself.

► Carry ALL valuables with you (wallet, phone). Don't LEAVE them in the cycle bag.

► TAKE charge of your personal safety and event organizers will NOT be responsible for any loss.

► Keep yourselves hydrated ALWAYS.

► Water bottles will NOT be provided, Only water refill stations will be available.

► Do not go to the restricted zones stay disciplined Please.

► Do NOT rush at the selfie booths, maintain proper distance, and avoid inconvenience to OTHERS.

► AVOID littering, USE the bins placed across the bridge to dump waste.

► Kindly PAY attention to the SPEAKER on the dais and to the Instructions provided during the event.

► NO anti-social, region, religion, caste, race, politically based shoutouts.

► AVOID cross talks while the speaker is communicating ON dais.

► Reach out to nearby volunteer(s) for ANY assistance.

► Treat fellow cyclists and pedestrians with RESPECT.

► NO anti-government slogans.
